Switching from the Old Instagram Feed App to the New Instagram Feed App

The new Instagram Feed app by Wix offers several improvements over the old version. There are 3 key reasons to make the switch:
  • More customization options: The new app offers more advanced design options, giving you full control of the layout and appearance of your feed. 
  • Real-time updates: Unlike the older version, which had limited update intervals, the new app provides faster refresh rates, showing updates in real-time. 
  • Display multiple feeds: The new app lets you connect multiple Instagram feeds, making it easier to display content from different accounts or categories, which was not possible with the older version.
If you have the old version of the Instagram Feed app, you can switch over to the new app directly from the editor. 

To switch to the new Instagram Feed app:

  1. Click the Instagram Feed app in your editor. 
  2. Click Settings. 
  3. Click Try It Now.
